Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent from a recognised institution
- Valid MDCN license to practice in Nigeria
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Specialists & Consultants
ConsultantJoin our network of specialists — cardiologists, dermatologists, paediatricians, neurologists, gynaecologists, and more. Accept referrals and provide expert care remotely.
Requirements:
- Fellowship, specialist certification (FMCP, FWACS, etc.) or Senior registrars
- Valid MDCN license with specialist registration
- Ability to dedicate regular hours for consultations
Therapists & Counsellors
TherapistProvide confidential mental health support through video sessions. Handle anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship counselling, grief therapy, and more.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
- Professional certification or licence to practise
- Minimum 2 years of clinical counselling experience
- Training in at least one therapeutic modality (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Nurses & Health Workers
Health WorkerDeliver home healthcare services — wound care, injections, physiotherapy, elderly care, post-operative care, and more. Work flexible hours in your city.
Requirements:
- RN qualification from a recognised nursing school
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council licence
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Ability to travel within your city for home visits

Create your account on the Lonia portal. Select your role (Doctor, Specialist, Therapist, or Health Worker) and fill in your professional details.
Document Review
Upload your credentials — medical licence, certificates, and ID. Our team verifies your qualifications with the relevant professional bodies.
Interview
Have a brief video interview with our medical team. We discuss your experience, availability, and ensure alignment with our quality standards.
Start Practising
Once approved, set your availability and consultation rates. You'll start receiving patient bookings via the portal and WhatsApp.
